2. You Pay
The cost of each program is displayed on the program page

3. We send you the login details to your learning portal
Once you’ve completed your application and paid, an admissions representative will mail you the login details as well your program schedule

The cost of education remains a significant financial challenge for many families. Seemingly small increases can add up over decades, especially with several years of static or declining wages.

Tuition Payment Plans
Global Christian Liberty University does not charge by credit unlike most higher education institutions. Instead, a flat fee is charged for each program level. No student will be considered officially enrolled until satisfactory arrangements have been made. The institute recognizes that, in some instances, a definite need for installment tuition payments exists and, therefore, makes allowance for students for tuition to be paid in installments after making a required down payment. Neither a diploma nor a transcript will be issued until the student’s obligation has been paid in full. All students must conform to their payment agreements.

Refund Policy:
IBTC has a No-Refund Policy. All payments are non-refundable upon enrollment in our certificate, diploma, or degree programs.

There is a discount of 25% off the tuition, at any degree level, for the following:

Members of the Clergy and Church Administration
Missionaries of the Gospel
Veterans
Active Military
Persons who are incarcerated
Persons on low or fixed incomes
Before a discount may be given, the circumstances through which it is given must be verified. Additional discounts may also be available.

If the entire tuition is paid in one payment, a 10% discount will be given. For those who have completed one-degree program and decide to take another one within 30 days, a 10% discount will be given.

GCLU Scholarships
Several scholarship programs are available for those who may have problems in paying tuition. If you are interested in obtaining a scholarship, submit your circumstances to us in writing and it will be presented to the scholarship committee. Also please include a letter from your pastor, teacher, mentor, or employer, who is familiar with your situation.

Yes. You will need to submit a separate application in addition to required materials and an application fee for each program you would like to apply to. You will also have to send a separate portfolio, or schedule an audition if required, for each of those programs. 

GCLU bachelors degrees typically take three to four years to complete, while Masters and Doctoral programs vary from two to three years.
